PASYFO (Personal Allergy Symptoms Forecast) is the most effective mobile application for managing your pollen allergy. It provides users with accurate pollen allergy risk forecasts based on their location. PASYFO also allows users to record their symptoms. This helps to refine the forecasts and provide personalised, tailor-made predictions. To do this, users must either register anonymously or provide a name in the Pollen Diary. Access is integrated into this mobile application. The user interface is straightforward and intuitive, allowing users easily to access information and record symptoms.

The app also publishes an airborne pollen load based on allergenic pollen forecast data. It forecasts pollen loads for alder, birch, olive, grass, mugwort and ragweed. In addition to pollen data, the app provides information on air quality.

The information provided in the app is for personal use only. This is not a substitute for allergy testing or a replacement for treatment prescribed by your doctor. PASYFO is a valuable tool for proactive allergy management, designed to improve the quality of life of people affected by pollen allergies. It offers a wide range of features that make it an indispensable resource for anyone managing their allergies:
o location-specific pollen forecasts to help users predict high pollen days and take preventative measures;
o forecast of possible allergy symptoms based on current pollen counts and weather conditions;
o allows users to log their allergy symptoms, helping to track their condition over time;
o provides information on the different types of plants that produce allergenic pollen;
o provides insight into past pollen counts and symptoms, allowing users to understand allergy trends and patterns.

This free application was created in 2018 by an international research team from Vilnius University, University of Latvia, Finnish Meteorological Institute, and Austrian Pollen Information Service as use case of CAMS. In 2024, PASYFO was expanded to the European level in the framework of the EC Horizon Europe project EO4EU.
